After more than 30 years advising senior leaders inside large organizations, I now work more selectively—partnering with executives at moments when clarity, judgment, and steady counsel matter most.

My career has been spent at the intersection of leadership, communication, and decision-making. I’ve served as a senior communications executive at global health care companies, working closely with CEOs and leadership teams through periods of growth, disruption, and change. Much of that work happened behind the scenes, where the quality of thinking and the precision of language often mattered more than visibility.

Today, I work as an executive coach, communications advisor, and thought partner. My role is not to run programs or manage large-scale initiatives, but to help leaders slow down enough to see clearly—what matters, what doesn’t, and what comes next. The work is grounded and practical, focused on helping leaders communicate with intention, make sound choices, and act in alignment with their values.

Clients often describe my approach as calm, direct, and thoughtful. I listen carefully, ask hard questions when needed, and offer perspective (and a safe space) shaped by years spent on leadership teams where decisions carried real consequence. I believe clarity is a leadership responsibility—and that how leaders communicate shapes trust, culture, and outcomes.

Outside of my advisory work, I host a weekly radio program that explores life through the lens of jazz. The discipline of listening closely, supporting others, and understanding context has influenced how I think about leadership as much as my formal training. It’s a reminder that good leadership, like good music, is rarely about control—and often about judgment, timing, and restraint.
